The Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau is housed in the historic Central Railroad of New Jersey Railroad station in downtown Jim Thorpe. They stock copies of the map, "The Switchback Route -- Walker's Tours."

The Carbon County Parks and Recreation Department office is located at the entrance to Mauch Chunk Lake Park.
Ask for a copy of "Recreation Guide for Mauch Chunk Lake Park."
